CCL Meets the Huffington Post!!!!
Guess who’s the newest blogger for the Huffington Post’s Gay Voices?
Yep …. that would be me. 🙂
How did this happen?? Well let’s just say I have friends in high places … or CCL does to be more specific. We basically have a little PR goddess that knows the right people and she pointed the editor of Gay Voices to our little corner of the web, and before I knew it, I was looking at my own byline on none other then the Huffingfringinton POST ya’ll!!!!! 🙂
But don’t worry, it’s not all about me … in my bio I made sure to mention that CCL isn’t just me, it’s the team of amazing writers we have and the equally amazing community that we’ve built together.
But let me put this in perspective …. “The Huffington Post Passes The New York Times in Traffic” …. ummmm …. yea. This is HUGE. I can’t even lie and try to act cool about this. I’m totally stoked!
My loyal readers will recognize that my first post for the Huffington is a revised, updated version of one of the most popular blogs on CCL. I decided to submit that one to get my feet wet with them, because, well let’s be honest, this is sort of intimidating!!!! And I wanted to use a piece I knew people liked. But that was just for starters ….. from here on out, it’s a whole new ball game. Literally.
I’m super excited!!!! EEEEEEK!!!!
Oh and BTW, this is NOT the project I’ve been hinting about ….. the best is yet to come my little lovelies.

BTW, just looked up the stats on them, like 30,000,000 hits a day on that site, so even if just a small percentage see the gay voices section, that means millions of people have now seen your article. I’ve known I was gay from a young age, and always, always been femme! I can’t imagine only realising I was gay at 24 (my current age) but I definitely agree about being invisible if you’re femme!
